Well, this article may look really stupid for some of my readers but I think this article is worth posting. I searched for animated 3D chess games on the Internet for a very long time. I found the correct games only after 30 minutes of search. In this article I will give you a preview of some of the cool 3D animated chess games that you can download from the Internet.

So, let’s start with…
War Chess Portable:
This is one of the first animated chess games that I found on the internet. The game has fantastic animated characters who can walk on the board. You can select different environments before starting the game too. You will also find all the options available in the rest of the chess games. Here is a youtube video that will give your a brief preview of the game.
Battle Chess (3DO):
This is a very old chess game that has a pretty descent animation. This is a kind of DOS game and is available for download out there on Internet. Use search engines to find the download link. Here is a video preview of the game for you.
Chess Kombat Mortal Kombat Deception:
This is the best 3D animation chess game I found after a long search. I’m a great Mortal Kombat fan and I loved this game. I have no words to explain about this game. Animation and graphical elements are simply extraordinary. Here is a video link that gives your a preview of the game.

I like WIndows 7 in built Chess and its 3d. – Chess Titans.
But theres no way that we can play it online.
