Acer has entered in a new era of tech. It has introduced the magic product “ultrabook” in this fast world.
Ultrabooks are a new class of mobile computers concatinating today’s laptops and tablet’s features. However AspireS3 by Acer is India’s first ultrabooks. It brings to you the extreme speed with great responsiveness. This ultrabook is powered by the second generation Intel core TM processor. 
Aspire S3 renders you up to 7hours of battery life aspiring the notebook to resume within 1.5seconds from sleep.
It supports two main features- Instant On and Instant connect.
Instant On gives you efficient responsiveness and Instant connect, connects to internet in just 2.5 seconds which is 4 times faster than the conventional internet connections. This ultrabook is a single package incorporating performance and speed into an elegant aerodynamic and speed into an elegant aerodynamic designed form factor. It weighs 135 kgs with a thickness of 13mm(0.51″). It’s dimensions are 323..(N)* 218MM(D)*17.5mm(H) which renders you a display of 13.3 inch HD 1366*768 resolution LED backlitTFT LCD. It feels as smooth as silk to touch as covered with a silver Aluminium alloy lid which is fingerprint free.
The new dynamic innovative design provides a very comfortable and efficient thermal efficiency. The bottom of the notebook is ventfree and the warm components are fixed away from touch pad area. Additionally the Air channeled from the keyboard cools the notebook whle the warm air is directed to the rear. 
It incorporates a standard lithium-polymer 3280mAh battery which is extremely light weight and it also helps preventing any accidental bursts. Along with this powerful battery it is powered by Intel core i3-2367M/i5-2467M processor accompanying the Windows7 Home premium(64 bit) operating system making the device complete to run smoothly.
Acer intends to make the notebook a multimedia tool too. It provides Intel HD Graphics 3000 with 128 MB dedicated memory along with the Dolby Home Theatre v4 for the very much needed affluence in cinema. It equips surround sound and HDMI with HDCP support that transfers 1080p HD video to monitors,projectors and Tv’s. It houses a n inbuilt webcam for 720p audio/video recording, it is of 1.3 mp.
It presents to you a 320GB HDD for storage and lets you experience the latest technology as it houses a 4.0+ HSR tech. Bluetooth and a USB2.0 ports but soon Acer claims to incorporate USB3.0 ports in upcoming units.
