Buffalo technology launched ultra-slim USB Portable DVD Drive in India. The ultra-slim USB 2.0 Portable DVD Drive is an affordable, portable external DVD drive and is the perfect companion for a laptop or netbook that is not equipped with DVD Drive.
The drive features two integrated USB cables that snap to the chassis for easy mobility. The drive is powered by USB port, so separate AC adapter is not required. It also comes with the CyberLink DVD software suite to burn DVDs and CDs for backup.
The drive is compatible with Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit), Vista (32-bit/64-bit), XP, Apple Mac OS X 10.6 (MacBook Air MC503 series, MC504 series, MC505 series, or MC506 series only) operating systems.
The Buffalo Portable DVD Drive is now available in India at a retail price tag of Rs. 1,800 with two-year warranty and it is available in Black (DVSM-PC58U2VB) and White (DVSM-PC58U2VW) color options.
