Cheap LED and LCD Computer Monitors in Chennai (Ritchie Street)

Ritchie Street is the market place where people in Chennai generally get their digital products. Computers, Laptops and other digital and electronic devices will be sold out like hot chips there. I recently had to visit Ritchie Street to buy a monitor to my uncle’s pc. He was very keen to buy a LED monitor, so we started looking for it all over.

Because we don’t have much space to keep a bigger version, we decided to go for 15 inch one. We started to look around and found that the market only had LCD monitors with LED features. This means that it’s a kind of LED monitor but it’s actually not a full fledged version.
ACER and LG are the two brands we found in different shops in the market place. ACER’s minimum range monitor costs 4500 Rs and medium and high quality version costs 4900 and 5400 Rs respectively. Note that all these are 15.6 inch monitors but the cost depends on the pixel ration.
We did enquire about the price of the LG monition and it costs around 4,900 odd rupees.
