Chennai made BMW Cars into Indian Market

How often would you see luxury cars like BMW get into Indian market directly after getting manufactured in India. Sounds interesting, right! The German car maker is rolling their new 5-Series sedans cars directly from their Chennai factory. These cars worth Rs 38.9 lakh and Rs 58 lakh.

The company revealed both petrol and diesel versions of the car in April, however the company is likely to start delivering these cars by the end of this month.
The company has already sold more than 3500 units in India ever since 2007. BMW 5 series cars are one of the main reasons of success in the Indian market. It’s surprising that these cars accounts for more than 50 percentage of global sales of BMW’s.
