It was a dreadful ending for lalit modi’s career as the chairman and commissioner of IPL. He has certainly changed the way cricket was played in India. But now it’s time for new new ipl chairman and commissioner after the modi was dropped because of few allegations.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India, on Monday has elected Mr. Chirayu Amin, chief of Baroda Cricket Association as the new IPL commissioner. Amin is also the vice-president of the governing council of the most famous T20 league.
Shashank Manohar the head of the IPL Governing Council said that there were lot of allegations and counter allegations made through media for about 15 days. The Governing council didn’t raise the issue because the tournament was under progress.
The board has issued notice to the ex-chief and Commissioner Mr. Lalit Modi right after finishing the tournament. The board also gave 15 days time to Mr. Modi to explain why disciplinary action should not be taken against him. If the response from modi is satisfactory then the board is ready to stop further investigations.
