I shared a latest video about fifa 11 demo gameplay very recently. Thankfully, I’ve also watched another video where few people gave their first impression after playing the game (Demo version, probably).

90 Journalists from all over the world were invited to take a look at the game and review it. Few of them believe that the game has lot of variety in it. No ping pong passes and things are not so easy to score goals even after passing all the defenders, they say!!
You got to be very very selective in choosing player while passing in a tough situation. We also noted that the passing system in the game has changed a lot. So, make sure to select a team that has great mid-fielders for better efficiency.

says David Villa at the bottom of the screen during the injury, but it’s actually Gerard Pique. Sure, it’s just an early development mistake. Looks pretty good despite the poor players :p
