FIFA 16 Gameplay Demo:

The video above talks a lot about defending in FIFA 16, sliding tackles in particular. In FIFA 16, sliding tackles are not just sliding tackles, the gamer can now press sliding tackle button one time to do the actual tackle and when the control is lost, you can press the sliding tackle button again to make the defender recover and stand up to his feet and control the attacking player. This feature is demonstrated at 4:51 seconds in the video.

At 7:03, a new dribbling mechanism is also mentioned which is called no touch dribbling. This feature has ability to determine when and where the player can touch the ball. Players like Messi and Ronaldo will have a great advantage over others while using this move.

Another nice feature is the realistic physics in the game. While shooting, the ball starts to swing based on the foot connection with the ball. 9:35 talks more about these kind of shots.

Player Rating in FIFA 16:

Gameranx
in one of their articles have reveled the leaked player ratings. Which includes Messi and Ronaldo. The Barcelona ace has the highest player rating of 94 and Ronaldo is just one point behind him at 93. Barcelona forwards neymar and suarez has 87 and 89 rating respectively. Bale is reportedly rated at 87.

FIFA 16 No Touch Dribbling

The latest video release from EA SPORTS FIFA has some insightful information about the upcoming game FIFA 16. The video talks about how the team at EA had Motion captured Lionel Messi’s movements and used his unique abilities in the game – FIFA 16.

Messi shows dribbling is not always what you do with the ball its more than what you do without it. Messi also says that sometimes, the best touch is the one that you don’t take.

“First, I fake to the left or right with my leg. Then in the direction where the defender is standing. I always try to wrong-foot him, so I can have a better chance of gaming the advantage”, says messi.

The new technology emulate how messi faints and change directions in the game. Once the move is successfully done, you can use new range of touches to bypass the defenders and completely transform the one on one situations.

When one is facve to face there is always more room and it is much more difficult for the defender because the attacker has more chances to break away in any direction, says the 4 time FIFA Ballon d’Or winner.

This new feature – no touch dribbling can be used by any players in the field. However, the players with better skill, like good ball control and good sprint can do it much effectively to surpass defenders with ease.

This feature can also be used to hold the ball for a while without touches and find a killer pass.

More FIFA 16 updates coming soon.
