How to Increase Friends in Facebook
|
|
Facebook is certainly one of my favorite social networking sites. I’ve become an addict to it ever since I registered for it. It is such a cool site to hang on with friends. However, there are people who find it really difficult to find good friends in the famous social site. If you are one of those, then here are some tips right for you.

Ask your Offline Friends to Join Facebook:
Asking your offline friends to join Facebook is one of the best practices to kick things off in Facebook. Most of the Facebook users prefer to accept new friends only if the person seems to be active. Participating in live discussions with few other people on facebook should prove that you are an active boy or a girl. So, having offline friends on Facebook should always help you stay active on facebook to some extent.
Add as a Friend Button:
“Add as Friend” button in facebook helps you to give a friend request for a person. Once he/she confirms you as a friend then you can share your interests and info on facebook wall. As mentioned above, if you are an active person in facebook, the changes are that you will be accepted for sure. This principle doesn’t work in few cases though.
Promote Your Profile:
Promoting your profile is crucial to get more friends no matter offline or online. For instance, add your facebook profile link in your business card to reach more people. I use my blog as a source of attracting more and more friends. You can also use your already existing social networking sites like Orkut and HI5 to generate some buddies.
So, these are some of the way to generate more friends. Let me know if you have any more ideas.
