I’m very excited after realizing that I can actually integrate Facebook and Twitter to my Gmail Account. And therefore, I can access all my social profiles right from my Gmail. Things would definitely slowdown a little bit, but you will have all the conveniences of accessing Google Buzz, Facebook, Twitter and the Emails all from a single place called Gmail.

Wow, sounds cool isn’t it. I made all the efforts to explain every thing in a step by step process with few snapshots, I hope this would help you. So, here’s how you can do it…
After signing into your Gmail account, Click on the “Settings” link on the top most corner of your Gmail account. Check out the snapshot below.
In the settings tab, look for the option “Labs”. Click on the link.
After getting to the Labs section, scroll down to the very bottom of the list to find. “Add any Gadgets by URL”. Well, “enable it” and then “Save the changes”.
Now, move to the top and select “Gadgets” link.
Here comes the important section. Use the URL’S mentioned below to add Facebook and Twitter to your Gmail account.
Facebook: http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/104971404861070329537/facebook.xml
Twitter: https://twittergadget.appspot.com/gadget-gmail.xml
That’s it. Now you are done with Integrating Twitter and facebook to your Gmail Account. You can see both these Gadgets right below the Gchat gadget in the sidebar. Expand them and log in to access your twitter and facebook profiles.
To access full version of your facebook profile similar to Google buzz, you can click on the “Expand link” that is available on the Facebook sidebar gadget.
Now, here’s how the expanded version of the Facebook profile looks in your Gmail.
You can click on your profile name on your twitter sidebar gadget to expand your twitter profile. Here is a preview of twitter profile that is embedded inside Gmail.
So, that’s all I’ve got for you now. Hope you liked it and don’t forget to share it if you find it useful.
