Microsoft MS Word Shortcuts Tips and Tricks

Everybody likes to use Microsoft Word to edit their text files. In fact, MS Word is the best text editor I’ve ever seen. Microsoft offers many shortcuts to make your work much easier. But, not many people use them because of the hard fact that they don’t know any.

Here is a list of some handy shortcuts (Tips and tricks whatever you call it) that can help you save lot of time while using MS word application. Most of these tricks should work Microsoft word 2003 and higher.
Functional Key “F5”: Short Cut for Find and Replace.
Functional Key “F7”: Quick Spelling and Grammatical Error check.
Functional Key “F12”: This functional key is used as a short cut for “Save As” function in MS Word.
Shift + “F3”: Very handy shortcut that to change the Upper case word to lowercase or lower case word upper case. Select a word and press Shift + “F3” to notice the change.
Shift + “F7”: Yet another cool shortcut that can check the synonym of a word. Just select a word and press Shift + “F7” to find the synonym of the words in the right hand corner of MS word application.
Shift + “F10”: These key combination’s can function as a “Mouse Right Click” in your MS word window.
