Motorola is entering the market with its new smartphone, the Motorola Pro which was announced by the company early this year in February. The handset is exclusively for the GSM users and houses a 3.1’’ TFT touchsreen display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. A full QWERTY keypad is inherited by this smartphone. The phone weighs about 134 gms, which is a bit bulky as compared to other mobiles releasing this year.  The phone is specifically designed as a business phone.

The handset also has an 8GB internal memory and a microSD card slot for you to add even more memory expandable upto 32GB. At the back of the phone is this awesome 5MP camera with features like auto focus, dual LED flash, and geo- tagging. There is no front facing camera in the handset which is somewhat of a mishap.

Motorola Pro runs on the Google’s Android 2.2 OS, which again comes as a surprise in an era of Android 2.3.  You can access the Android market for a selection of wide range of applications to download. It is powered by a 1GHz ARM Cortex Processor. Also supported by the phone is Skype. The phone will be shipped in a trendy black color.  The release date of the smartphone is all hushed but is expected to be seen on the shelves soon.
