The laptop comes with an extra chip that will increase both the performance and also saves the battery life to a very good extent. The 512 MB graphic card can automatically switch between integrated graphics (Normal usage) to discrete graphics (enhanced graphical capability for gaming and 3D software users) based on the requirement.
The laptop comes both in Intel Core i3 and i5 models and can be configured up to 8GB DDR3 RAM to get excellent performance. Users can choose between 320 GB hard drive to 500 GB based on their needs too. The laptop also supports USB 2.0 ports, eSATA/USB combo port and 4 in one card reader and also a DVD drive.
The 5.29 pound laptop comes with a 15-inch widescreen display with 720p. Now, this allows you to watch your favorite videos in HD resolution. The FX600MX has a chiclet style keyboard that also has numeric keypad unlike most other laptops which really makes it a unique machine of its kind.
