Pandigital Announces the Launch of Pandigital Planet, Nova, and Star Android Tablet

Pandigital one of the leading firm in Tablet manufacturing has announced their new Pandigital Planet, Nova, and Star Android Tablet. Additionally, the company says that a fourth tablet will be announced in September to round out the new slate lineup, and details were not given about that model at this time. The fourth model will be the flagship of the group, so it will be the most performance packed. All these tablets will be powered by Cortex A9 processor and embedded with 3D graphics engines to provide fast response times and enhanced the tablet performance.

The Pandigital Planet, Nova, and Star features 7-inch full color multi touchscreen display with resolution 800 x 600(Planet and Nova) and 800 x 480(Star). The Pandigital Planet and Star run Android 2.2, while the Pandigital Nova runs with Android 2.3 Operating System. The Planet and Nova are come with 2GB on board memory while the Star with 4GB on board memory.
The Tablets are pre-loaded with Barnes & Noble’s eStore e-book store and GetJar app store. These tablets support a mini USB port, a mini HDMI connector and WiFi connectivity.

The price and date of launch is yet to be confirmed in India. But in USA, the price goes likeThe Pandigital Planet (R70A200) is currently sold at Amazon site for $169.99, while the Pandigital Nova (R70F400/ R70F452) will be available this week with price at $189, and the Pandigital Star (R70B200) will be released in mid of August for $159.
