Always be patient! It hurts to see many new bloggers give up blogging after few initial posts : Rahul Bansal
I am also known as Devil (thanks to my (devils) workshop). I’m doing my share of struggle for existence at 18°29′N 73°57′E (Pune, India). I am a geek (wordpress), blogger (tech), entrepreneur (rtCamp) and single (for limited time!).
Currently I love nginx (high-performance webserver) and I hate the times when my server goes down. I also hate random codes in the comment section of my blog!

Interview:
1: Describe yourself in two sentences if possible in one.(Small & simple test for ur vocabulary)
A: I love wordpress.
2: URL of your Blog or Website gives out a brief outline for it.
A : I started blogging with Devils Workhop – 3 years back. Since then I explored many sides of blogging through Devils Workshop from community blogging to blog-networks.Devils Workshop itself is a technology blog covering topics like social networks, Google, Twitter, blogging, etc.
3: What is your typical workday as a blogger? (Try to be a bit explanative)
A: As of now my role in our blog networks into mostly strategic part. I am involved in things like giving direction to our blog-network, full-time bloggers, feedback to guest authors and setting & maintaining quality standards for contents we publish on our blogs. As of now I occasionally blog on WpVeda [http://www.wpveda.com], mostly about wordpress.
4: Tell me about the time you had a conflict with your blog (Don’t say that you never had any conflict, every blog should have a turning point). How did you handle it?
A: I faced many challenges in my blogging career. There was a time when I was overstressed between maintaining blog as well running my freelancing work. Opening my blog for guest authors and then having right team to lead it over the time saved and in fact helped our blogs grew over the time.
5: Talk something about your daily routine.
A: My day starts with checking email. Then I head over to my technical team to give insights into whole days plan of action. Then I sit with sales team to discuss new business proposal in queue. I then do some work related to blog-network like giving my feedback, answering mails/calls of our editors.
6: Do u prefer being a professional blogger?(Yes/No) Please give a proper reason for either of the cases.
A: Yep. I enjoyed being professional blogger. Though I’m more like Entrepreneur now, I always consider professional blogging as my backup career plan.Professional blogging can give you right amount of exposure, identity (fame) and living (money). Its one of most satisfying things I did in my life.
7: What do you like to do in your spare time other than blogging?
A: I like to read and code about wordpress. The more I read about it, I get more attracted towards it.
8: Choose the word that matches you at the most: Creative, Smart and Hard Working? Please explain us why?
A: Creative – I’m always after new things. I find myself more as innovative guy rather than inventor. I’m not sure how many creative things I did till the day but yeah, I would like to create something that will be remembered in years to come!
9: If you could choose one superhero power, what would it be and why?
A: None. Only thing I need is extra time! I guess no hero had more than 24 hours in a day!
10: Mention some incidents when you laughed yourself out? (No problem if you don’t have any)
A: There are many. Even I may look like a dork at my workplace, I’m quite chilled out person to my friends. I laughed out loudly mostly on good SMS jokes I get to read from my friends.
11: A word for the fellow bloggers.
A: Always be patient! It hurts to see how many new bloggers give up blogging after few initial posts. If you want a quick tip on bloggin – register a domain name (right now) and move on to self-hosted wordpress (asap)!
Rest, thanks all for reading about me!
