Sony VAIO YB Notebooks in India

Chennai, Jan 20, 2010: Sony as always, has added yet another series of notebooks to their collection in India. The company’s new number, Sony VAIO YB series notebooks comes with AMD Dual core E-350 APU Processor, 500 GB hard disk and a 4 GB ram which makes it a pretty good combination. The price of this notebook might touch 27,000 rupees says most other sites on the internet.

I guess, 27 K is a pretty descent price for a notebook that has some cool hardware (as mentioned above) along with AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics. WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 are also available too. The notebook comes with a 64 bit windows 7 operating system and therefore it would surely make most of the 4GB RAM that is available.

VAIO YB supports 1366 x 768 desktop resolution which is my most favorite resolution. The notebook is expected to give a battery backup of 6 hours which is good when compared to my dell inspiron laptop. The 1.4 Kilo Gram notebook comes with card reader and web camera too.
