Tips To Get More Comments On Your Blog
Let me start this article with a simple equation; more traffic means more comments, which evidently means no comments for a blog that has no traffic. I guess my equation makes some sense and let me tell you something; I’m not a remarkable mathematician to give this equation, I’m just a casual internet marketer like you, trying to market my blog. Now, let me explain things in a better way so that you can understand the concept in a much better way.

There are blogs that post low quality content but still get huge number of comments; there are two probable reasons for that.
One: The blog must have had received good reputation in the past.
Two: The blog belongs to a famously know figure or personality, like film stars or Sports star.
If you are reading this articles, you don’t belong to both the above mentioned categories. Now, let’s just get back to the point.
If nobody is reading your blog then there is no body to comment, posting eminent articles is not enough you have to take some time to market your blog to bring some visitors to it.
Let’s fly to the other end of the concept. If you do have descent traffic, yet not getting comments, here are some tips you can try to inspire people to comment.
Inspire Bloggers:
Write articles that interests bloggers, if you are blogging then your first focus should only be on your fellow bloggers, try to impress them and they spread the word about you and your mini kingdom (your blog). Inspiring your fellow bloggers should always fetch you some comments.
Questions:
Comments can sometimes be answers of your readers. Add a question at the end of the article, ask for help, and ask for suggestions. Ask something to get some response from your reader.
Wait:
Sometimes this is what you have to do to win some hearts, wait until somebody comments. If you get a comment for an article, then the article is worth a comment. Try to write great articles to get comments as responses.
Comment on Blogs:
Only if you desire to give away something to someone, then that someone will want to give something in return. This is just like a give and take policy. So, to get some comments your way, you have to comment on other’s blogs that’s one way you can try. But, I seriously advice people not to put these type of services into practice.
Last but not the least, do respond to the comments you get your way, or you might be on risk on losing your daily commentators. Don’t be too lazy to respond.

Since I have a brand new blog, I was thinking for ages what I could do to encourage participation on my blog. That is why I decided to give back as much as I could. I installed the Commentluv and keywordluv comments and made the blog do-follow, to give people an added bonus for commenting.
