ZTE Skate: Affordable, Smart and Lightweight Touch Screen Phone

Yet another high end affordable phone from ZTE. This company is well known for delivering latest yet not so costly cutting edge mobile phones. This year ZTE is coming up with another of its Smartphone, the ZTE Skate. This Chinese company during the Mobile World Congress announced its new product in the line, the ZTE Skate which is powered by the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
The phone really is lightweight just weighing a meagre 120gms and quite sleek, just the right fit for your pocket. 4.3 Inch touch screen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and with Adreno 200 Graphics, is what distinguishes this handset from the crowd. The phone comes equipped with a 5MP rear camera with additional features like Geo- tagging, auto focus and LED flash.
In looks the phone outwits all other with a cute android image imprinted on the back. The phone has an external memory Micro SD slot expandable up to 32 GB. GPS with A-GPS support also is provided in the phone, I think without which the phone today become obsolete. Also the phone is equipped with the usual supports like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, 3G and USB port. 3.5 mm audio jack is also provided in the phone. The company has yet to announce the release date and price of the handset but the rumour mill is going overdrive and predicting that the phone will be released sometime in June or July with a price tag of less that $100.
